This is a security flaw in your appeal system that allowed this scam to happen. I demand compensation for the lost funds and ask for a proper review of my case. Please look into this matter urgently.
@BinanceSupport I was scammed out of $500 USDT through your platform. A scammer impersonated Binance support in your appeal system and tricked me into releasing the funds. Binance, despite acknowledging the scammer's account was suspended, has not helped recover my funds.
@Binance@BinanceHelpDesk I was scammed for $500 USDT on Binance P2P because a scammer misused the appeal system to impersonate Binance support and trick me into releasing my funds.
I ask Binance to reconsider my case and take action to fix this security flaw. If scammers can freely use the appeal section to deceive users, many more traders will lose their funds.
Please review my case again. @cz_binance@Binance#Binance#BinanceScam#P2P#CryptoScam

I reported this (Case ID: 139253967), but Binance says they are not responsible because it’s a P2P transaction. How is it fair that scammers can impersonate Binance support inside the appeal section, and Binance takes no responsibility?

There’s technology to abstract the multi-chain experience into a few clicks, such as the SDK by @biconomy.
Or wallets like OKx Web3 support 1-click bridging & swap transactions.
