Australian based 3D digital artist fascinated with creating order and balance through geometric form and colour. I'm not a mathematician but I love #mathart ⚛️
Infinity is Spinning Right in Front of You!
This is Sierpinski’s Octahedron — a mind-blowing fractal where simple math rules create endless self-similar beauty… with a hypnotic twist!

Infinity Ring.
A ring built from the Julia Sets that lie along the main cardioid of the Mandelbrot Set.

Mathematics, Fractals, and Infinity.
The beauty of strange universes. (Hyperbolic tiling shown in the Joukowsky projection. Regular {7,6}, from @tilingbot).
@RaphaelRau@OTOY@OctaneRenderIt Well you’re pretty spot on, love this effect. I’ll study your YouTube tut and apply it to one of my knot or starball animations. Genuinely curious to see how it turns out. Will keep you posted 😊
Mathematics.
The Hopf fibration (named after topologist Heinz Hopf) is a fundamental concept in mathematics that describes a deep and surprising connection between spheres of different dimensions.
A Blaschke-Quotient Flow on the Poincaré Disk
Inside the unit disk, zeros and poles perform a Möbius ballet, twisting under SU(1,1) symmetries.
Each point follows the gradient of an inner function, its path tracing folds of velvety hyperbolic fabric.
Phase interference becomes light bending like thought itself. 🤯🤯🤩🤩🤗🫠
Neon Vortex Street: Lattice Boltzmann
Air flows past a cylinder and sheds whirlpools in an alternating chain, the Kármán vortex street. Simulated with the Lattice Boltzmann method (D2Q9) at Re 60, 100, 180, 220. Higher Re = faster, tighter shedding.
Only around them - four of them. I can see your point as the squares look like they are emitting light too, but are simply reflecting. The pale white diffuse material in conjunction with the square shape causes the shadows to overlap and generate hues of the coloured lights, adding to the effect.
