I ordered Afnan Supremacy Collector's Edition
Perfume (Order ID: 403-6779498-3654701) and received it damaged on delivery. I raised a claim with photos expecting support as a genuine customer.
@amazonIN@AmazonHelp The case is under investigation, but it's been days without a clear resolution.
I request Amazon to remove the wrongful violation and provide a refund/replacement for the damaged item.
Customer trust shouldn't be compromised.
