Honesty is more than truth; it includes ethics, accountability, reliability, courage, authenticity... Not honest about my MS-not even with myself. Not in denial, but when people ask how I’m doing, I say fine. I take on tasks I shouldn't. 100% aware Not sure when this will change

My wife & son are safe, there’s nothing more important than that. Like thousands of others, my home flooded during the hurricane, my heart goes out to all impacted. Count blessings, not losses

Fear made me brave. Growing up shy and introverted led me to become curious about others & compassionate. Being small made me strong, strength gave me courage. Courage brought confidence, confidence fueled drive to work hard. Hard work paved the way to success. more to come
