You charged me to do my KY 740 form to file those taxes. Awesome...until you could not do my KY tax form. It wouldn't let me submit my tax forms at all for my fed or other state....and now you won't refund the KY one I had to instead so it y hand.

Thanks to their positivity & creative problem solving, we went from being stressed about nothing being done/best bet getting home for over 24hrs after we were supposed to be to then getting home less than 10hrs later.

My dad was born & raised & still owns land off a street named for our family in Appalachian eastern Ohio. So small it's not a town, but a village.
So many memories by the creek in the holler between the hills there.
