Hosted our first live event for @Nullshot_ai last week. Huge thanks to everyone who showed up.

The laptop demos were the highlight. People walked up, asked for what they wanted, watched it get built, asked follow-up questions. That's the product experience, and it landed.

For the next one we're exploring a workshop format. Audience votes on what gets built, contributes ideas, walks out with a working app. Less stage, more tables.
