There's truth to this but it's very exaggerated and reactionary. I think you need runners around him who cover a lot of ground while he controls the tempo of the game. I remain firm in my belief that he would have been a much better fit at Madrid playing next to Tchou or Cama

These guys think Rodri is an elite big-space defender. It shows they didn’t watch him at City.

Rodri has always been terrible at defending large spaces. This is why Pep plays four CBs to protect him. He even plays another CB (Stones) as his pivot partner, keeps the defensive line deep and maintains compact distances between the defence, midfield and attack.

His weaknesses are being exposed in Flick’s suicidal, big-space defending system.

@Kurr_da_goat 3ds library is still very strong of course. I just think the DS has the best library of any pure handheld ever. I would genuinely put it over the PSP and even GBA

- Better Pokemon games
- The better 2D Mario
- The better Mario Kart
- Higher volume of games that make good use of the dual screen or touch screen gimmick
- So many beautiful 2d pixelart games instead of blurry 3d

@pitogordisimo They just nailed the artstyle. GBA pixelart but with more detail and a gorgeous colour palette. They should have iterated on that instead of the ugly 3d of the later games

@Kurr_da_goat Hard disagree on Mario 3d land. It's aight but it feels like a poor man's version of 3d world whereas NSMB is more focused and has better level design that its own Wii counterpart. The same way Mario Kart 7 feels like a prelude to MK8 whereas Mario Kart DS is one of the best ones
