At this point, silence from our Nigerian influencers is part of the problem. The pressure on young people to go viral is getting out of hand, and it’s pushing them to dangerous extremes.

Seeing what happened with King Mitchy and Peller just a few weeks apart should be enough to spark serious conversations. This isn’t just “content” these are real lives.

I want to bring a comforting word to the nation of Nigeria. Last night I was taken in the spirit to a room called the futures past in heaven. I’ve been to this room many years ago and was shown various things from the Lord. In this encounter I found sitting on the shelf a large green book entitled, The History of Revival in Nigeria. As I looked through this book I saw chapters on Bishop Benson Idahosa, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Bishop David O. Oyedepo and many others that have impacted the nation with the power of God. As I continued to turn the pages into the future I saw Terrorism eradicated across the country. I saw the northern part of Nigeria changed by the presence of God and peace came to the land. I saw this scripture inscribed within the pages of the book, “For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.” The Lord spoke to me and said, “Surly I will remove the iniquity from this land and I will do it in a single day!” I continued to turn the pages and saw a Christian President arise and his hands were anointed with fresh oil. I saw this passage of scripture written of this Christian President, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.” Psalms 1:1-3 Finally as I continued to flip through the pages I was shown a future generation of ministers arise from the nation that went forth from the country and began to spread revival throughout the nations. I saw this scripture written upon the page, “And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.” Hebrews 1:7

I just wanted to point out that you can know Jesus, do business and still be in rooms with Kings. See you do not have to drop Jesus to become seen and recognized.

As an investor, career person, entrepreneur, philanthropist what ever you are or you want to be, do not think you have to keep Jesus aside to get there!!

Now, build yourself, be audacious, work on your craft, be diligent, be honest, be excellent! It will blow your mind how far you can do!!

Please if you can afford it, travel. Save and travel. Travel doesn't mean Bali or Europe. Start from leaving Ogbomosho or Daura or Ihiala. Enter bus to Lagos or Abuja, take a tour and go back. If you're in Lagos or Abuja, find money, go out. Even if it's by bus to Benin Republic. Then as you make more money, travel. Don't do it above your means but do it. If you're a student, join JCI or AIESEC. They give you travel opportunities at low cost. There is a way exposure to other environments open your mind. If you can't travel yet, read a book. Watch movies and immerse yourself in how other places work. There are some cities I visit today that resonate just because I read about them as a child. The world is too big a place to limit your world view only to those of your small universe. You won't see it but it'll show. It shows in how you write. How you only see life from Igbo or Yoruba or Hausa or how you think Lagos reality is Nigerian reality or how you think. Travel o. It's not a waste. Let your mind roam. Invest in your own exposure and mind. It pays for itself eventually.

Christmas week 2007. I had relocated for a new job and was only on the job for 4 months. I left the office to pick my wife at home. As we drove out, I got a call to return back to the office for an emergency meeting. I left her in the car and went upstairs only to join over 80 individuals in a conference room where they announced a mass layoff effective the same day. I dropped my badge and laptop and went back to the car smiling. We went to the mall and I acted normal the entire day without saying a word and I went to spoil her at LV.
We got home that night and she broke the news to me that she was pregnant and she had done a surgery 3 years prior and we were told the chances of having kids was less than 1%, something I didn't disclose to any family member before and after we got married.
Happy and depressed at the same time all through the Christmas holiday, I didn't reveal to her I had lost my job.
January 5th, 2008 I drove 9hrs to Orlando, FL and used my last $2,500 to attend a Scrum Master certification and slept in my car after the training. Came back home after the training and applied for jobs for weeks leaving the house daily at 7am pretending to go to work. Never revealing to her I lost my job, confused and not sure what to do without any income plus a baby on the way, I acted normal the whole time. Finally a call came across for an interview with a health insurance company in Maryland. I did 3 interviews and got a call at the end of the day with a job offer to resume immediately the following Monday. I packed my bags and drove 12 hrs to Maryland to start work.
That job paid me $125,000 annually plus travel expenses coming from a salary of $65,000.
I only revealed this to her one month after I had gotten two and paychecks was very soft! We had our 1st son September 2008! I named him Isaac "One who laughs"......
