Can see the FIA framing this as Gasly driving too fast under SC/red flag conditions. Maybe he was, but there's no excuse for the vehicle being there - especially in those conditions. If there's a vehicle on track drivers should be told immediately.

They are seriously going to blame Gasly?

They have driver trackers and live telemetry, they can clearly see that there are cars on track. They deploy a red flag and have the time to wait until ALL cars are off the circuit, before deploying a tractor
