FromSoftware Fanboy / @YouTube 🎮 Gamer & Reviewer - “Become our new lord. A lord not for gods, but for men.”- I HAVE PLATINUMED NIGHTREIGN on ALL PLATFORMS!
@fromsoftware_pr
please put this on your list of items to fix next Elden Ring patch.
The Rykard Cutscene has bad stuttering issues no matter your GPU. It did this on my RTX 3080 and it still does it on my 5080.
I reloaded the same save so I don’t think it’s shader comp.
@AgentVenom141 And that negates all the other reasons I listed?
I think the response you are looking for is
“Ok fair, sorry you didn’t like the game as much as the others”
If I had it my way, all games would release on PC. But that’s a horrible business decision for console makers.
You NEED exclusives to sell consoles. Xbox is learning that because after the last 5 years there’s been literally no reason to own an Xbox console.
But yes, it is a negative for consumers.

@wafflerrito I don’t know how old you are. But I feel like the “Youthssss” won’t be able to deal with the dated graphics of the PS1 original.
But if you can deal with it, then 100% play the OG.
But if not, play remake and rebirth. I think you will still enjoy the game and the story.
@parmderp I think we need consoles to LOWER in price after their first year of release more than we need more color options.
That would be cool if that made a comeback. $199 consoles and $99 consoles.
@TheHiddenOneAC@Arron_TK If they are asking, I’m going to assume they don’t have a min max build.
And why were you so over leveled at 85? I did the DLC my first time BL4 using fists of gratia on a dance pad.
If you post political stuff or console war garbage I’m going to either block / mute you.
Sorry, I literally don’t give a 💩 about your 3rd grade interpretation of current events.
@AgentVenom141 They tried way too hard with the story and it was just bland and terrible.
- I hated the dragon and mech levels
- The combat was fun at some points but I still prefer the speed and intensity of Doom Eternals combat
- The bosses weren’t nearly as epic as 2016 or Eternal
🤮
I hate when people try to rationalize CLEARLY conscious DUMB DECISIONS made by corporate big heads with very LOOSE ties to in game story elements.
Stop defending these dumb decisions. You are allowed to say
“Although this was NOT the game I was expecting the next GoW to be, and it’s also weird that the devs have purposely made their lead character less attractive than she is in real life. I’m still going to give this game a try and hope it still turns out ok”
That’s probably one of the main reasons why FromSoftware agreed to that partnership.
Some may not remember but Activision was under a lot of pressure pre 2019 due to being scrutinized for their abuse of micro transactions in games.
So they needed a good faith game to win back public opinion.
Also FromSoftware was mid development on Elden Ring and it was the biggest project by far they have ever worked on and they needed massive funding for it.
So the partnership with Activision was very beneficial because they got quite a bit out of it.
- More insight on better player tutorials to help with broader appeal.
- Getting outside feedback on menu’s and internal systems.
- A partnership with a new publisher who also allowed them to retain the rights to the IP and keep copyright.
- And probably (speculation) a very lucrative compensation deal / revenue split. Because this was basically just a giant PR stunt for Activision.
The more you know!
