From 10pm on 27 June the southbound bus stop at the north end of Forth Road Bridge will reopen and the existing northbound stop will be closed, with a temporary stop provided 200m to the north.
This is to accommodate a new traffic management layout, expected to last two weeks.
From tonight (Wednesday 14 June) the Forth Road Bridge’s east footway will close to the public and the west footway will be opened to pedestrians and cycles until further notice.
This is to allow maintenance activity to be carried out safely on the east footway.
An automated barrier system is to be installed on the #M90 on both sides of the Queensferry Crossing, to allow traffic to be diverted via FRB more quickly if required.
Construction begins 19 June, with hard shoulder and lane closures until 15 Sept.
