A stong leader is a person who can seat on the Table and talk conflict resolutuons. Build confident and trust , act on what you opined or documented. Seek for a peaceful solutions and stabulity. Try to avoid violence and lost of life of innocients civilians.
Do unto others as one expect others to do to on to you. Follows the international rule of law and the declatuons of human rjght. Consult and consolidate the democratic process ,check and balance where all the body of organ of government and the ordinary people interest lies on. Think, strong leader cannot be strong if the voice of the people is not hard and implemented.
A strong leafer always look both side of the coin , by avoiding risking actions.
A strong leader is patient, consolidatng , listening to the voice of the people and act according to human values and the values of humanity as a whole. My final thought a strong leader is one who is humble and true to it people .
