TRILLANES TO HOLD PRESS CON TOMORROW

#SaraOnTrial: Former senator Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV said Thursday, October 1, that he asked the House prosecution panel to formally withdraw him as a witness in Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial.

Trillanes said the move would relieve the prosecution panel from the pressure surrounding his planned testimony. He added that he will hold a press conference on Friday to present the information he had intended to disclose during the trial.

The prosecution earlier said Trillanes was set to share new information related to allegations of unexplained wealth and non-disclosure of assets in Duterte’s SALN.
