Before the race Fred was talking about how important track position is. When Lewis asked if he would be okay for the end of the race on the second hard tyre Santi said focus for now and we will manage tyres when ahead of Verstappen. And then they go and fucking give up track position when we have seen ALL DAY that you cannot pass. They could have claimed a P2, Max’s softs would have not been in good enough condition to attack at the end. Holy shit the incompetence. Could have EASILY put a few points on Antonelli, and instead they give up more points, do they even care? Shit man they’re not even willing to attempt going for the championship

Ferrari choosing to tell Charles Leclerc about Lewis Hamilton’s penalty before telling Lewis himself is certainly an interesting decision. A minute or two later, they informed the driver who is leading the championship within the team.

But sure, nothing unusual here just another “normal” Ferrari decision. Absolutely, no questions to be asked about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Every time I enter this app, seeing Leclerc fans speaking about how Leclerc finished ahead of Lewis in the past two races makes me laugh. Like, imagine your driver was in the same team for, God knows, how many years, and he didn't change anything! We all saw how Ferrari was doing in their past years. And when Lewis came, it took him just one year to understand everything happening in that team, and he literally helped change the whole dynamic of it. I didn't want to be the one who speaks like this, but the disrespect is unbelievable.

Can't believe Leclerc fans are stupid enough for me to have to prop him but Fernando Alonso is not only a two time world champion but also an easy top 10, for me possibly top 6, driver of all time.
Between 2005 and 2018 there were only 2/3 seasons where he wasn't in the top 2 drivers per season. Between 2008-2018 only Seb managed to challenge Lewis and Fernand's strangehold as the two clear best drivers on the grid.
He beat Mclaren Kimi and Ferrari Schumacher and was THE guy of the next generation until a certain someone rolled around.
He was nearly a 5 time world champion and has two of the, in my opinion, most impressive individual seasons lin the sports history to his resume.

Nico Rosberg other hand came in to one of the most competitive eras in the sports history and delivered standout performances wherever he went, be that at Williams or in his early Mercedes days. He then went on to challenge and beat the two greatest drivers in F1 history.
Charles would not be able to stay close enough to prime Lewis Hamilton to the point of being able to capitalize on his misfortunes and snatch a world title, at least he hasn't proven any such ability in the slightest.

The only reason Nico gets disrespected is because of his short career, the strength of the field (including three alltimers in their primes) and the fact that he had to share his best machinery with Sir Lewis Hamilton. Leclerc hasn't done anything to prove that he deserves to be in a conversation with him.
And Fernando, I mean come on. He's closer to Sainz than he is to Fernando.
