I want to address a few lies here.
Jayda was never expelled from FRSO. She left because she disagreed with us moving forward on ECPS. She was later removed from leadership of CAARPR because she tried to organize against the decision we collectively made after she was outvoted.
This article from @Suntimes & one of its resident, right-wing zionists @NeilSteinberg gives us a window into what is emerging as a coalition in the upcoming Chicago school board election: https://t.co/arMKswDSWe
Rosenfeld is publicly aligning herself with Biggs for Board...

Do you know how much of an asshole you have to be for 12 people to stand outside on a Chicago winter evening just to tell you to fuck off?
The kicker is he didn't have much more than 12 people inside
to be clear - this is not a balanced budget. the revenue package is partially illegal (liquor tax, debt sale) and the revenue assumptions are half baked, at best.
there’s definitely a pathway to a balanced budget, but this is the opposite of “fiscal responsibility.”
the same people who backed Rahm Emanuel’s political career (aka corporate tax break givers & school closers) are spending tons of $$ attacks over the community led fight to win taxes on big corporations to fund public health & safety programs. 😡
don’t listen to a word of it.
The business community, in other words the ruling class, is against the budget because they know it will benefit the working class. Those of us who are not millionaires and billionaires need to fight for our own interests. Call your alderperson.
Trump served up tax cuts for the rich and service cuts for us. The ruling class is using ads like these to try to shove it down our throats. The Johnson admin and allies are the only ones with a workable alternative that takes the burden off of us. Sacks can't stand it.
Never seen a Chicago budget cycle like this one with big money business and labor unions outwardly spending big money to fight. Here’s an ad against Mayor Brandon Johnson from the business community funded by Michael Sacks

Pritzker knows that Chicago Police have tortured and locked up hundreds of innocent Chicagoans, yet he refuses to act. Shame!
