One of the rarest and most lethal skills a person can master is REFUSING TO DIE
As you grow in age you’ll see how everyone dies around you
The “gangster” you knew in high school dies and becomes a barber
The trust fund kid dies, unable to 10x his dads networth, lapped by random people he never knew existed back in the day
The tall pretty boy that girls were naturally drawn to dies and becomes mortal, cucked by some bitch
The guy who was cool, a threat when he was 20 dies and becomes some worm at 30 - couldn’t sustain the same energy for decades
Most people “die” as they age and face real problems. The key is to remain retarded forever and to refuse to die - no matter what happens.
Winning long term depends on your ability to stubbornly retain childlike traits like foolish optimism, playfulness, relentless risk-taking and refusal to become jaded or “realistic” in a defeatist sense.
Namaste.

I’m tired of telling people this thing…
God has given you life/earth/sun/moon/stars/seas/trees/fruits and all other natural creations
Praying for money/long life/good partner/health is just you deceiving yourself
You will go into the world and get it by force ni.

"Once you enter Business class, you no go fly economy again."
"Once you fly first class, you no go fly Business again."
"Once you fly private, you no go enter commercial again."
That is like saying nce you enter uber, you won't enter bus again or once you buy a car, you won't use uber again. Experience is not standard. You can give yourself a good experience without deluding yourself that it is your current standard.
Don't use pressure to run yourself into brokeness and depression.
Birds chirp an hour before dawn and the frequency opens up the stomata of the plants to breathe. The frequency is common in classical music. Play classical to your plants for MUCH larger crops. Its called sonicbloom.
The best thing you can do for yourself as a Nigerian is to use that internet connection of yours while you still can, and follow/read/watch information from a wide variety of sources from all over the world.
Your Nigerian media is a Europe-US information cage. When I say "Nigerian media", I'm not just talking about news platforms. I mean your popular social media bloggers. Your big content aggregators. Your online discussion and image boards. Everything is bought and paid for, and the money is always European or American.
Do yourself a favour and unplug.
Look for news, web content, TV series, movies and discussion forums from Asia, Latin America and other parts of Africa. Watch Brazilian TV shows. Watch Chinese documentaries. Watch Vietnamese movies. Follow social media content creators from Indonesia and Russia. Lurk on Pakistani message boards. Gain a wider picture of the world while you still have access to a relatively open internet that allows you to do so.
It's the best thing you can do for yourself.
I think isolation is a blessing, you think that you're alone and missing out, but really the universe is giving you an empty room while you create and build this new version of yourself. The universe is eliminating all distractions and excuses for you.

Spinach actually does what the cartoon claims. WADA almost banned one of its compounds in 2019.
Spinach is loaded with inorganic nitrate. Bacteria in your mouth convert it to nitrite, then your body reduces it to nitric oxide. A 2011 Karolinska study (Larsen et al., Cell Metabolism) found three days of dietary nitrate reduced the oxygen cost of cycling by improving mitochondrial efficiency. Mitochondria leak fewer protons and produce more ATP per unit of oxygen consumed. Equivalent dose: two beets or a plate of spinach.
That's the endurance mechanism.
The strength mechanism is where it gets weird.
In 2019, WADA commissioned researchers at Freie Universität Berlin to study ecdysterone, a steroid hormone found in spinach. 46 male athletes, 10 weeks, double-blind. The ecdysterone group showed 3x the strength gains in bench press over placebo. In vitro, ecdysterone was more potent on muscle cells than methandienone, an anabolic steroid banned in sports since the 1970s.
Maria Parr, the lead researcher, formally recommended WADA add ecdysterone to the prohibited substances list under "S1 Anabolic Agents."
Soviet Olympic athletes were rumored to be using it in the 1980s. They called it "the Russian secret."
Catch: replicating the ecdysterone dose requires eating 4 kg of spinach daily for 10 weeks. A single can won't do it. The compounds work on a longer timescale than a cartoon allows.
E.C. Segar guessed in 1929. Science caught up in 2019.
I wonder what the Yoruba elders were on back in the day😂.
With words like:
Ìkànnì Ayélujára - Website
Abàmì - A strange occurrence
Ìwọ̀ntún-wọ̀nsì - Balance
Òfurufú - Sky
Ìbálòpọ̀ - Sexual intercourse
Àwùjẹ̀ - Fontanelle
Atàpátadìde - Someone who made it from a poor background
Adàgbà jẹ́ raufu - A slang for a fool
Jẹ̀dí Jẹ̀dí - Pile
Àjàkálẹ̀ aarun - An epidemic disease
Àkàndá ènìyàn - A special/unique person
They tend to avoid being too explicit, so they soften certain words, for example, referring to private parts with indirect terms like “Nkan ọmọkunrin” or “Ojú ara” instead of saying them outright.
How did you come up with ‘Arara’ for dwarf or Non-chalant as ‘Àìbìkítà’ 🤣
How can we use three different words to express the same idea like “Effort” — làálàá, akitiyan, and ìgbìyànjú.
The language is really fascinating.

And what are you, if you criticize me?
What are you if you try to replace me?”

@PriestRitchie@blaccmajek This isn't an attack to Christianity. If you find yourself in Mas Monumental, you would actually believe the people seated are than 500,000. I would too. This has a lot to do with perspective. Believe me there's a number problem in Nigeria. The Census is an example
