They are trapped in a situation where all these years, they have seen KSI interact with toxic influencers more and more, and feeling a responsibility to protect KSI, while keeping the issues private as to avoid confrontation with said toxic creators. KSI was clearly non receptive to this, causing arguments and tension throughout the group, and now has abruptly left, leaving the Sidemen no choice other than to either keep their lips perched and gain hate from their own fanbase, or explain the truth and cause a drama across large groups of creators, something they have expertly avoided for ~14 years. The sidemen are everyone’s friend, and KSI will be the undoing of that.
