Greater Accra leads FOSDA’s 2026 1st Qtr Violent Incidents Report with 56 cases representing 27.7% of all recorded incidents across Ghana. Ashanti follows with 37 incidents, while Central records 31, highlighting growing concerns in key urban regions.
