It's been 9,131 days since September 11, 2001 and many of us can never forget that day. But for a whole new generation of Americans, 9/11 is a distant historical event that has been relegated to online meme tributes adorned with the phrase "Never Forget."
Those of us who lived through that day and whose lives were changed forever because of it have a duty to truly "Never Forget" by acknowledging the ugliness and horror of that day. By confronting the images and sounds of it.
14,000 American service members and contractors died in the War on Terror that ensued.
2,750,000 of us deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, and war theaters across the globe because of it.
Their voices, their stories, and the unfathomable pains and hardship they endured deserve to be seen and heard.
So on this Patriot Day, may we resolve to truly Never Forget.
If a school can’t be punished for playing NFL players because a judge from down the street said they can’t what is to stop a school from going ALL IN and dropping major money on a team of NFL talent to ensure a championship?
It’s actually INSANE we are at a point where the leagues that create rules are not allowed to enforce the rules.
I stopped posting about 9 months ago when 2 men from the NY Post showed up at my house, filming my daughter and me, because I had the audacity to tweet that she shouldn't have to keep playing boys in a girls bball league. They put an unemployed homeschool mom of 3 as the sole cover of the NY Post for something that is so elementary, fundamental and obvious that it feels absolutely insane that we are still discussing this. Stop with the "it's only a few" argument... since when is that a reason to not care about injustice and the truth?
The WNBA should be courageous. Stand for women. You can't stand for something you can't even define. Acknowledge that the inherent differences between men and women were the whole reason we needed the WNBA in the first place. Boundaries, clarity and exclusion are not hateful in sport... they're the prerequisite to playing and loving the game. Without the lines, without the rules, without the honesty about who's in and who's out, there is no fair competition.
What’s interesting is “fan experience” isn’t mentioned. And they don’t say “mirrored schedules” but it is.
What Mirrored Schedules do is make staying at home and watching the best option to watch both the men and women of your favorite team. Going to a game guarantees you will miss seeing game of your favorite team. Or trying watching on your phone while at another game -which isn’t how God intended people at a live sporting event to behave. I hate it. A lot. #banmirroredschdules

Dr. Fauci is the closest thing to a real-life Bond villain. Manufactured a deadly virus in a secret lab, killed 7 million people, used the crisis to conduct an MRNA experiment, line his pockets, and cover everything up. I can't believe this criminal is still walking free.
