@ClaudetteGGibs1 I think you all got it backwards, all Zelenskyy had to do was come in and sign an agreement. It would have given him security without the troops. Then the negotiations could begin. Simple!

Justice delayed is justice denied. The Renters Rights Bill, currently before the Lords, should be amended to allow more, if not all landlord and tenant disputes to be heard in the First Tier Tribunal, where access to justice is more readily available.
