@JoforOregon I already did! Left just as interest rates went sky high. Sold our house in Salem for $404,000 and bought in Iowa for $225,000. A lot more home and lower taxes as well. Hated to leave but we are finding places to explore that are pretty cool.

@GLiNetWiFi So I have had the new router for a few days now and blocked it from catching N41 and all I can say is WOW! No issues, just steady service. Consistently getting 180 down and 80 up with 0% packet loss.
