@BethWilliamsSE @AECBnet Nice thread Beth 👍 It’s also worth noting an increasing trend in the commercial world for exposed soffit concrete slabs with integral heating/cooling pipes in the slabs. It makes me wince for similar reasons - but worth keeping an eye on to see what issues/solutions arise.

Us architects think we’re really good at presentation/explanation - but we clearly have a lot to learn.

Ros traces his thinking from student days, so it’s also a great illustration of the development of expertise.
