A foster home based 501(c)(3) rescue in Camden, S.C. We rescue animals, primarily dogs, that are in danger in high kill shelters.

@LynnCross_TX @ginamilan_ @DoctorTurtleboy He can't charge. Courts, few exceptions, can't override 1st Amendment rights. No order restricting journalists releasing the names if found independently. It's considered Prior Restraint which Supreme Court upholds as
unconstitutional. BUT ethical reporters would NOT do it!

@Burr__Redding @ginamilan_ @DoctorTurtleboy ✅️1st Ammendment and prior restraint. We all really need to know our Bill of Rights and stop trying to give away our individual liberties. However, we all really need to have some ethics, too.

@ginamilan_ @Burr__Redding @DoctorTurtleboy Unfortunately, the order only legally applies to the court itself impounding official court list so it cannot be released to media or public. It would be considered "prior restraint" which is unconstitutional & has continuously been upheld as such by the Supreme Court.

@WillPotter_ Come see us in S.C. We can tell you some heinous stories about dogs we've rescued. The prosecuter in our town chooses not to prosecute because "there's no dead animals on the property". So the abusers don't even spend 1 night in jail. No charges ever brought.

Too many pets? Never have more pets than you have time, energy, & $ to care for. Questions you should ask yourself: Are my pets clean? House clean? Am I providing vet care? Good food? Am I exercising & socializing pets?
Wellmeaning humans turn into hoarders. Pets/humans suffer.
