@Onexadi@pinkcels Because patriarcal men will mock, bully and ostracize growing boys who dare to like things like this until all empathy is beaten out of them. That's why we often have to deal with too many broken, dysfunctional remnants of men these days.
@farmingandJesus@ClovisMCMama@cynthialspell Dolly had more class in the tip of her little finger than you do in your whole self. It's okay not to like a genre of music, but using Dolly's passing to dunk on another female artist who also honored her work is low. Especially considering these two women respected each other.
@DapperFlapper@danqizz This is the male reasoning behind the tragedy of Gisèle Pelicot. This exact mindset made her an activist in her old age after a lifetime as a wife and mom. Men like you create the very 'radical feminists' you claim to despise.
@chen17169@Stasihrt Ugliness is subjective, not objective. Different people and cultures find beauty in different ways. Of course there are supermodels and idols, but regular people are beautiful even if not perfect. Assuming there's only one way to be beautiful really is a very pitiful view point.
@bruleeBlair@blackxbaccarat@Stasihrt Abuse? I don't get this thought process. Having a nice time at a public event with your friends is not something to be abused for. It's just normal. That is exactly why everyone is defending them here. Why jump to insults first? It's unhealthy. People are allowed to enjoy things
@bruleeBlair@Stasihrt Is this a cultural difference? Here, cosplay culture is inclusive. The goal is to have fun with it. Anyone interested can participate. Also a lot of guys have girlfriends, wives, or besties who play, so they show up to show support. That's why these comments come off as very rude
Kielbasa Potato Soup: The Ultimate Cozy One-Pot Comfort Meal
🛒 Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
10.5 oz smoked turkey sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
1.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubedFruits & Vegetables
5 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
1¼ cups whole milk
3.5 oz cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the sausage
Start by heating the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the smoked turkey sausage and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown and release its smoky aroma. This step builds the foundation of flavor. Once lightly crisped, remove the sausage with a slotted spoon and set it aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the vegetables
In the same pot, add the diced onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables soften and the onion becomes translucent. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot—these add incredible depth to the soup.
3️⃣ Add aromatics and spice
Stir in the chopped garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for about 1 minute, just until fragrant. Be careful not to let the garlic burn, as it can turn bitter.
4️⃣ Simmer the potatoes
Add the cubed potatoes to the pot and pour in the vegetable broth. Bring everything to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. This step allows the potatoes to absorb the savory broth and begin thickening the soup naturally.
5️⃣ Add the milk carefully
To prevent curdling, temper the milk by mixing it with a ladle of hot soup in a separate bowl or measuring cup. Slowly pour this mixture back into the pot, stirring gently.
6️⃣ Finish with sausage and cheese
Return the browned sausage to the soup. Stir in the grated cheddar cheese a handful at a time, allowing it to melt completely before adding more. The soup will become creamy and slightly thicker.
7️⃣ Season and serve
Let the soup simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the fresh parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy every comforting spoonful.
@starrycrxw I rarely comment, but I am rooting for the boycott to succeed. You are all so resilient and doing so well. Please don't be discouraged by this. Take it as ammo. You can only win a battle when you understand the tactics your opponent is capable of. Good luck!
This trending, simplified egg fried rice is a hit among foodies, offering a satisfying meal that awakens your taste buds with this famous Chinese dish! 🥣

@Lordsjerry_14 It's the 'good mom' experience in a nutshell. Katara is the most nurturing character. So people forget she is capable of more.
Appreciate your caring moms while you can.
@dangitman50@MannyMarti75751@princesalamwane Oh? I have 3 questions, if I may.
1. What is your source for the 5% statistic?
2. According to you, violent men are liberals now? So why does dv also occur in conservative homes?
3. Abusers come in all kinds. So they are hard to detect, attractive or not. Is this wrong?
@dangitman50@MannyMarti75751@princesalamwane Yet enough 'individuals' do to make it a problem. And when we protest some 'innocent' men barge in to diminish our concerns with 'not all men' takes, seeking praise for not hitting when told no, something toddlers learn at 3.
It's not about you, unless it is.

@Peterisrandom This is toxic and I hope she really leaves. Toxic people always do this. Male or female. They make snide little 'jokes' when you do nice things to bring you down or break your spirit. They want to make you feel less, so you don't leave and do those nice things for someone else
