Chaitanya Mukund is an author, blogger, and supermodel who has Cerebral Palsy. In 2018, he gained recognition for becoming a supermodel with a disability at a fashion event that made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most designers present in a single continuous fashion show.
In 2019, he introduced India's first superhero, Shivay, whose alter-ego is a person with a physical disability, through his debut book.
He initiated the #AbusingTheDisability social media campaign to raise awareness about this issue, which garnered widespread attention and praise for its direct approach.
Additionally, he was a guest on an award-winning podcast based in California, where he shared his life journey and efforts in the disability sector.
His life’s journey has also been featured on prominent platforms like The Better India, Humans of Bombay, Storiyaan etc.

Introducing the fourth pillar to our ambassadors list, Prasad Joshi.
Prasad Joshi, a resident of Valpoi, Goa, is a dedicated deaf individual who currently holds the position of Lower Division Clerk at Goa University. Beyond his professional role, he is the Founder and General Secretary of the Goa Association of the Deaf.
Furthermore, Prasad serves as the Vice President of the All India Deaf Arts & Culture Society in New Delhi (2023-2027). He is also a member of the Social Welfare Department for State Fund, Govt of Goa and was also selected as 'Access Mantra - Deaf Role Model' in India. Notably, Prasad played a pivotal role in successfully coordinating the 10th Miss and Mister Deaf India event, during the Purple Fest, 2023 which is a significant achievement for the state of Goa.
Through his organization, Prasad has been unwavering in his efforts to raise awareness about the challenges faced by the deaf community. He has been advocating for the inclusion of Indian Sign Language in schools, recognizing its importance. For his dedicated service, he received the esteemed title of "Best Government Employee in the Disability Category" from the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Goa.

1) Sugar consumption should be reduced.
2) Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and grains.
3) Eat foods high in fiber.
4) Stay hydrated.
5) Saturated fats and cholesterol should be avoided.
6) Avoid alcohol.
A healthy lifestyle requires a sense of balance, mobility, and activities of daily living.
