I paid over £70 for airport parking I never booked (wrong dates auto-filled). You refused a refund, argued with me for 3 days and offered no accountability, and expected me to pay more to fix it. Awful service, no integrity – avoid this company!

I had a new vehicle delivered yesterday which unfortunately is faulty, I called the cinch team and within half an hour the car is booked into the garage and a courtesy car is on the way.

Disappointed with my local Vauxhall dealership today! I Got a vehicle health check, but the prices and timings for works were ridiculous: £115 for 1 set of wipers (20 mins labour) & £180 for a tyre (40 mins labour)? care to explain? @VauxhallCustSvc
