So seems @parcelforce express 24 service doesn't actually mean what it says. Originally supposed to be with me Friday, then a message this morning saying it will be with me today. Now another message saying they could not attempt divery today!!

Wow @LGUKCare are now really taking the whatsit. Nothing delivered, spoke to someone at LG who said the courier had lost the TV and now I get this!!!!!

@LGUKCare Just spoke to someone at LG who said that the courier company lost the TV but that it will take another 2 to 3 days to investigate before thinking about sending a replacement. Worst customer service ever.

@LGUKCare ordered a TV and given a delivery date of 3 Feb but didn't arrive due to a load issue. Now can not get a straight answer about what is happening and when or if I will receive goods paid for. 😡😡

@SP_EnergyPeople I have a smart meter so you can see. At the moment it's cold so more energy is on heating when in warms up there will be less not a difficult concept most of the year I have been in positive balance, the aim of paying monthly is to spread the cost over the year!!!!!

@SP_EnergyPeople why can you not understand that energy usage goes up and down over the year. Looking at my usage in winter months and applying that usage to a year to increase my DD payment is obscene.

Had the misfortune of dealing with customer service desk at @sainsburys in Horsham today. Rudely cut me off mid sentence and then when I had finished, her only reaction was a roll of the eyes and a look at her colleague as if to say why do I have to deal with people!

Today I phoned @skytv to query my bill, currently paying just under £80 per month, offer on line for new customer of £59 per month. Their response best deal for an existing customer is £90 or if I change to sky glass £100 per month. Seems 20 yrs loyalty doesn't mean much
