@AlphaCatPA I did. They were having an issue with the driver who came at the same time. That doesn't give you the green light to curse at them or make them uncomfortable like you're trying to justify right now. They're people.
@AlphaCatPA I watched and spoke with him. Not what happened. You are very unkind and rude to good people. Please reevaluate how you interact with others. Not a reason to curse. If you asked they would have made you the classic funnel cake once it was clear that there was a miscommunication.
@AlphaCatPA My employee was very kind to you and offered to remake the funnel cake or give you a refund (correct reaction), but he explained nicely and clearly (I watched the video) that our vegan funnel can't be cooked lighter than that. He refunded you. Your reaction is out of bounds.
