From 712, when Muhammad bin Qasim raised the flag, till today — this has been our land, shaped and protected by shaheeds.
In Islam, Allah may forgive all sins — but when a human has been wronged, forgiveness is not decided by Allah alone. On Qiyamah, Allah will ask the one who was wronged: do you forgive? Only if they forgive, will forgiveness be granted.
From 712 till the Akhirah, this soil belongs to the martyrs. Any gaddari with this country is not just against the land — on the Day of Judgment, Allah will first call upon the shaheeds whose blood lies beneath this soil.

The demand of JAAC was to remove 12 muhajir seats, and turn AJK into a province

This would be equivalent to the Indian abolishment of revoking the article 370. It would turn Kashmir into a federal state, instead of maintaining its status quo and permanently closing the door of resolution of Kashmir issue via UN resolution on Kashmir
