Ryan was at the pub today having a meal after visiting a football stadium with his daycentre, I arrive at the pub early, and there's Ryan sat with all the people from his daycentre he's laughing they are all laughing all happy, surrounded by friends enjoying a meal and having a laugh, we all worry about our children whatever their age when they are autistic and have learning disabilities you worry that much more, today showed me he's going to be ok .
Bless this little man he’s been through so much. What a lovely thing to do, well done guys acts of kindness make a massive difference to peoples lives ❤️
It’s ‘World Thinking Day’ today, can’t put what I’m really thinking abt Local Auth who swerve special measures, have hideous SEN Dept who play with families lives. Son out of school 6 mths this shit show has trampled over plans to get him back in Ed.Child friendly Leeds my arse
@criminographer A beautiful photo of your gorgeous boys to treasure. Your lovely boy is with you always in your heart I can only try to imagine how you all feel with your loss and wish you well with your pregnancy, take care love💕
LA to parents, we are placing your child in school x, we feel they are able to meet need.
LA to school, we know you say you can't meet this child's needs but we are placing them with you.
Schools struggles to meet need, pupil struggles, distress is caused to everyone.
And repeat
@KieranRose7 3/She’s become a great advocate for other kids in school and researches everything on autism. Can’t understand why a parent wouldn’t tell children. She makes my heart sing and so funny, sarcastic and dry. Told her 81 yr old nana that she’s autistic too and I think she’s right
@KieranRose7 1/ I think kids do know they are different and deserve an explanation around that. My daughter is autistic and LD but knew she was different from Yr4 we talked about all the wonderful things she can do and how amazing she is. We got a workbook ‘autism and what it means to me’
@KieranRose7 2/ Had it documented in statement/EHCP that school also timetabled doing sections of the book. By yr 5 she was telling teachers what strategies they should be using with her when they messed up.kids have a right to know why they feel different and measure themselves against peers
