So now @Hermesparcels I had an email to say my parcel was damaged, but to claim on the insurance I have to send photos of the damage, how exactly do I go about doing that when you still have it?

@basedbluehair @Hermesparcels @BarristersHorse @c2des Same. On the phone you can’t get anywhere. I’m going to seriously out of pocket by the time I’ve rectified this. I use them around 10 times per week and have had few problems. Nothing like this. A week ago….!
