MENTAL ABUSE IS ABUSE TOO

They're so many men out there dealing with women that are mentally abusive, but nobody wants to talk about it. Why? Because it destroys the narrative that women are angels and men are demons

Statistics show that the majority of suicides are by men, but here's the most interesting part, it is mainly married men or men in serious relationships. When it comes to relationships, men have been programmed to rationalize a woman's insults, put downs and her bad attitude

Apparently it's normal. What is this rationalization - a cope mechanism which controversial behaviors are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner and are made to be tolerable or even admirable and superior

For example, you always hear this, if your woman isn't nagging, difficult, arguing, loud with you, she doesn't really love you. That's how women are. This is bs. You should never tolerate such behavior, you're actually being abused. Abuse isn't physically only as they've made you to believe, it's mental too

Mental abuse is so subtle, you won't even know you're being abused. And it becomes dangerous when you consider it the norm. When a relationship becomes a pins and needles relationship. What does this even mean?

A pins and needles relationship is where you're constantly on alert, being conscious of what you do and say, so that you don't upset her, even if she's in the wrong. A lot of men would rather avoid getting their woman upset than holding her accountable

This is because she has constantly gotten angry or punished him in some form e.g denies him sex or the silent treatment, because he tried to hold her accountable or simply stood up for himself. So now this man is simply walking around simply trying to get by and not anger her

She has psychologically decimated him by constant arguing, temper tantrums and isolation techniques. The eventually result is he sinks into depression, with not many options either he becomes an alcoholic or worse takes his life

To any man in such a relationship, get out now, it is not healthy. Don't be fooled by that bs saying "happy wife, happy life" keeping the "peace" at the cost of your mental health

If you can't have healthy conversations without your woman flipping out and penalizing you, you're in an abusive relationship. End it right now, because that woman will be the death of you. Prioritize your mental health
