Ya está disponible la nueva versión provisional del Modelo Digital del Terreno #MDT50cm, correspondiente al ámbito geográfico de la Comunidad de Madrid.

📡 Esta actualización forma parte del proyecto PNOA‑LiDAR y se ha generado a partir de la 3.ª cobertura LiDAR, empleando la nube de puntos con clasificación inicial NPC01.

📄 El producto publicado es el MDT50cm v1 provisional, que ofrece un mayor detalle y precisión del terreno.

Ever worked with polygons that almost tile perfectly - except for those pesky gaps or overlaps? That’s a coverage cleaning problem.

Real-world coverages are everywhere: states, counties, parcels… each should fit together with no overlaps or holes. Clean coverages unlock powerful workflows: fast merges with ST_CoverageUnion, edge simplification with ST_CoverageSimplify, and more.

Now with new coverage cleaning support in GEOS, PostGIS can repair messy coverages automatically using ST_CoverageClean.
