Ethfi does 3% cashback instantly and also has a 1% fx fee.

If you use vaults for ethfi then you get some extra ethfi tokens as rewards 60 to 90 days later which are currently worth around 1.2% at current prices.

The 4% kast card loses against this but the X card with 8% still comes out ahead assuming the kast tokens don't go down almost 50% at launch
