Dog fanatic, beer drinker, obsessed with Tudor England, cello student, estate sale haunter, dilettante crafter, bakes a mean pie, married to love of my life.
Betty Reid Soskin, the trailblazing National Park Service ranger who became the oldest active ranger until her retirement at age 100, passed away peacefully Sunday morning surrounded by family. She was 104.
Thank you for your service, Ranger Betty.
