@Gatwick_Airport Park Direct Gatwick Limited are an embarrassment to you. Customer service is archaic - pick-up/drop-off men are surly/unbelievably rude. Our car was dented whilst in their care; when we complained, customer service laughed and said we needed to prove it. Shocked
