We’ve documented 1,000+ apparently fake “Emergency Expedited Passport” Google Business Profiles across ALL 50 STATES — Home Depots, City Halls, shopping malls, empty lots and unrelated businesses.

Don't take our word for it. Search Google for “emergency passport” → Maps and start checking the addresses.

We’ve repeatedly reported this through Google's Business Redressal process:

Google now restricts advertising for government-document services. We are a registered U.S. Department of State passport courier and understand those requirements firsthand.

Yet this company advertises as “Rushed Passport” and “Emergency Expedited Passport,” while the registered courier appears to be First Passport & Visa Services.

If First Passport & Visa Services is the entity Google verified, why are ads being presented under completely different business names?

1,000+ fake Maps listings seems like a pretty good reason to check their Ads account too.

This hurts legitimate registered passport couriers and undermines Google's own verification system. We have paused our Google advertising until this gets resolved. Can someone at Google please investigate the Rushed Passport operation as a whole?

I had an absolutely horrible experience trying to book a flight using points on https://t.co/PjqCfIWJQH. The website simply doesn't work properly — kept failing when I tried to complete a basic booking.

So I called. Waited on hold and spent over an hour on the phone. Got escalated to a supervisor who was, somehow, worse than the first rep — asked me to repeat the same basic information (my name, my phone number) 4 to 6 separate times throughout the call.
When she finally went to book the flight, she almost booked it for the WRONG DATE — a full month early. After an hour on the phone and telling her multiple times. She had to go back and add the points. She forgot that too.

@AmericanExpress, this is not the premium experience I'm paying an annual fee for. Something has clearly gone downhill with your travel service, both the tech and the training. Extremely disappointing for a company that built its reputation on service.
