@Mikey5Aces I don’t mind listening to Joe Block talk about baseball. But when he’s doing radio, he’s challenged when it comes to describing a play while it’s happening. Sometimes, as a listener, I have no idea what is happening or just happened.

@GMBCSuperfan I like him and always have. I wonder if he’s just biding his time until he can move back West and play for the Rockies, D-backs, Angels, A’s, etc. If you grew up in the West, Pittsburgh is a different type of place. Not bad at all. Just different.

@GMBCSuperfan If he had 14 HRs and 40 RBIs at this point no one would be complaining. It was a gamble but not a horrible one.
Maybe a questionable one. But I don’t blame them for trying. The blame would come into play if they don’t recognize the situation and act accordingly.

@Enforcer149 @AustinOravec Meidroth’s .954 was in 74 at-bats. He had a solid season in AA that year at age 21 (.762 in nearly 400 PA) so let’s see what Sanford does at Altoona next year, assuming he makes the jump. He’ll be 21.
