A small moment that reminded me why we started @mundhebanni. When the Government of Karnataka's Elevate program applications opened this year, we had no plans around it. A Mundhe Banni community member from Kalaburagi reached out, saying such opportunities often benefit Bengaluru startups while many others don’t even know how to apply. He asked if we could host a webinar in Kannada with someone who had gone through the Elevate process. We found Pratap Parashar, founder of Sundara Bharata Trust, who readily agreed. Having reached the final stages of Elevate in an earlier year, he shared his experience and guidance with our community.

Last week, the same person messaged me again. His friend from Bidar had attended the webinar, understood how to approach the application, and applied with confidence. His startup, CALYPSION INNOVATIONS LLP, has now received a ₹30 lakh grant from the Government of Karnataka under the Idea to PoC Elevate program. That message made my day. Our effort helped someone from the heart of Karnataka move one step closer to their dream. 🙌

This is exactly why we do what we do. Stories like this give us strength to keep building a confident and ambitious entrepreneurial community across the state.
