does anyone know any example set of questions to evaluate the Agile mindset of a team/organization? I don’t want to just ask yes/no questions but rather ask for practical actions; the challenge is that it should be a short survey. Thanks in advance for your contribution :)

@johncutlefish for me a process do not need to be agreed by every involved party, someone can decide a process for others, how they should work. but a series of working agreements are agreements, which means they are agreed to be adopted by the people who are doing that work.
