@jalb80 @jcesarperez Mi experiencia profesional coincide con lo que apunta la razón: retrasar el feedback en el tiempo es siempre la peor opción, aún suponiendo requerimientos más o menos 'claros'. Waterfall (y sus derivados en 'V') suponen ponerse una venda en los ojos que es totalmente innecesaria

El 'nos va de lujo porque somos líderes en el sector, ¿para qué cambiar?' es muy difícil de combatir. Muy pocas orgs plantean: 1) ¿a costa de cuánto sufrimiento innecesario? y 2) ¿dónde podríamos estar si lo hiciéramos de otra forma?
