Huda Ammori, in a statement read out outside the Royal Courts of Justice, pledges to fight on, and will apply to the Supreme Court on constitutional grounds. If necessary, she’ll apply to the European Court to protect the right to protest
Crispin Flintoff, just now outside the Palestine Action appeal, on how we’re all being gaslit over Palestine and our objection to genocide:
“It’s like they’re making out that opposition to genocide is immoral. It’s like they’re turning everything on its head.”🎯
Woken up nice and early to be bombarded with US versions of the Iran 'deal'.
Except it's not a deal, it's a Memorandum of Understanding with a 60-day working period towards a deal.
The US are paying $300M to Iran for reconstruction fees, alongside $40M to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. And ALL sanctions on Iran to be lifted.
In essence, Trump has paid hundreds of millions of US taxpayer's money to put Iran in a far stronger position than it was 107 days ago.
And there's still not technically a deal.
Oh, and Israel are already ignoring it and bombing Lebanon.
Art of the deal?
Yes, the world is still a shitty place but Scottish Twitter right now is incredibly heartwarming, happy, positive content and I’m so here for it 🥰 I love being an adopted Scot 🫶🏻🏴
Israel will refuse to withdraw from Lebanon.
Hezbollah will fight back.
Israel will bomb Lebanon.
Trump will pretend to be pissed.
Iran will close strait of Hormuz.
Back to square one.

On this day last year, Professor @s_m_marandi dismantled @SkyNews ‘journalist’ Yalda Hakim in real time.
A ruthless demonstration of how to shut down agenda-driven journalism.
Remember in 2017 when a woman was pushed into the path of a bus on Putney Bridge by a jogger?
Well, a 44-year-old multimillionaire private banker with ties to the Royal Family and a former British Army officer has been arrested on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm.
This is not a loss.
Palestine Action was so effective in disrupting the Israeli weapons industry, that the state threw all its might at us.
By doing so, they've exposed how they prioritise the Zionist regime over its own citizens.
As long as we continue to resist, we've won.
I will appeal to the Supreme Court and take it up to the European Court of Human Rights, if needs be.
However, we clearly can not rely on the legal system which completely stitched up the Filton case, and now the Palestine Action ban.
This fight can only be won by the people.
