BREAKING: An OUTRAGEOUS ruling by a Republican-appointed judge in Virginia throws out the entire Democratic redistricting amendment and invalidates every vote from the April 21 special election!

In a shocking decision that reeks of judicial favoritism, a judge in Tazewell County, where a statue of a confederate soldier looms over the courthouse, has declared the Democratic-backed maps “void from the start,” nullified all the votes cast last week, and permanently blocked the new congressional districts from ever taking effect.

Attorney General Jay Jones immediately fired back, announcing that Democrats will appeal this ruling aggressively and take the fight all the way to the Virginia Supreme Court – and if necessary, the U.S. Supreme Court – to defend fair maps and stop this blatant power play.
