@wiguel_e_u Keep in mind that I've reworked almost all modules of the addon but never Explode. I've been testing it and I think it hasn't been working properly for long, even before 3.0. It's not going to be straightforward to fix
@wiguel_e_u So it has been working until 3.0, but not with 3.1, right? Today 3.2 is released, I'll try it there. Having a new version of Blender every 3 months certainly break certain modules of our addon every time, but this has gone unnoticed to me.
@wiguel_e_u Maybe I just don't get why you use Explode to bake normals, neither though you were talking about our Explode operator, but something like the Edge Split modifier or other vanilla tool to separate geometry.
@ganbatttane @pablodp606 Pablo is developing vertex painting inside scult mode because it performs better there, is easier than developing texture painting, and will be the base for it code wise. And he is pushing the limits of vertex painting, something needed for the future. Enough reasons to me.
