@mkwizrd Did marketing at MUD\WTR and the unlock was treating the support inbox as the creative brief. Most of our best ad angles came straight from CS.

The usual move (SOP the CS, hand it to a VA on onlinejobs) solves the problem short term only, treat the CS as your biggest intel.
