@MistahGeorge @Connected_dev Exactly! Now the change begins with me, it begins with you and with every well meaning Nigeria. We have to be the change we want to see in others and in the education system. We have to take the challenge and drive it to a logical end.

@MistahGeorge @Connected_dev This requires being consistent with whatever plan of action you have designed. Hence, when you constantly train teachers, you are not only changing their trajectory you're also changing the trajectory of the education system as well as the narratives of students.

@MistahGeorge @Connected_dev You're right Sir and that's why there's need to be deliberate about changing the mindsets. Mindset is key! You can't make a positive change with a negative mindset.

@OchejaPatrick @Connected_dev In addition to that, we can also make quality education and education resources accessible to the poor. They are the ones mostly hit by inequalities of all forms. When you empower them, give them quality education, their stories will definitely change.

@MistahGeorge @Connected_dev So it all boils down to mindset. When the mindsets of teachers are changed, it will definitely reflect on the education system. So, I look forward to training teachers on leadership and management skills which is one way of empowering them and which will bring about the change
