@QuincyLam8@RoyalCaribbean This delayed communication (days after other lines) makes it extremely difficult for their passengers to plan a safe way to the port for departure. 😢
@QuincyLam8@RoyalCaribbean Right, so our flights are cancelled and the storm is over the state the day we would need to drive in and they refuse to give us any updates other than it’s still sailing. Shameful. Other lines are communicating to their customers. This is so frustrating.
@aksonline2@RoyalCaribbean Agreed! 100%! How irresponsible. Families who need to travel in need to make other arrangements as now flights are all cancelled and we will need to drive into the storm to make it in time. Any update would be lovely. We just want to plan accordingly.
@RoyalCaribbean we are cruising on Utopia of the Seas Friday 10/11 and still waiting to hear what’s going. So many evacuating the state, flights cancelled and other cruise lines in that port canceling and zero communication from you all. Can you please send an update?
@RoyalCaribbean@davidwhitling The problem is, families who have to travel in (with flights cancelled) can not wait until 24 hours prior to make a decision. It’s irresponsible for you all not to communicate with more lead time.
Hey @RoyalCaribbean@RoyalCaribPR . Many of us are still desperately waiting on an update for Utopia of the Seas leaving Oct 11th. Disney just canceled and refunded passengers for Wish leaving that same day from same port. Good customer service would be to follow that same path
@RoyalCaribbean@KatieMac2299 Yes, would love to know more for those of us expected to travel INTO hurricane Milton to sail this Friday. If safety is the top priority, why can you not communicate to us so we can plan.
@RoyalCaribbean If you wait much longer, those who need to travel in won’t have time to make it. Or they will travel into a hurricane trying to make it not knowing if this cruise is cancelled or not. This is incredibly frustrating. Kudos to @DisneyCruise for communicating to their customers.
@BrownstneLLC@RoyalCaribbean Exactly. This is so frustrating. Make a decision and let folks know! How are we supposed to travel in when gas stations are empty and flights are cancelled. Hotels are booked. And still, zero communication from the cruise line. I’m so disappointed!
Atlanta Braves star Freddie Freeman has pledged to donate $50,000 to the Atlanta Food Bank, $50,000 to Giving Kitchen -- which provides emergency assistance to food-service workers -- and $25,000 to the Salvation Army, all to assist in the fallout from the coronavirus crisis.
World, meet Duncan and Jordan. Their prom was supposed to be last night, but, like many other events else, it was cancelled. So, Duncan (who already had a reservation with us - baller) called us on Friday night to… https://t.co/J7E2aR6gSD
