[Stoic Philosophy @BowTiedStoic]

Use your anxiety, don’t let it use you.

Use it to start your projects early before you need to.

Use it to make sure you don’t waste your time on non-essentials.

Use it to build mental resilience.

If you’re not known for your work ethic, you’re not working hard enough.

[Coach Mac 🏀 @BballCoachMac]

You can't control the minutes you play, but you can control how you play the minutes you get.

[Joe White @CoachWhiteUSD]

On the better teams the best player is the hardest worker. If you are your team’s best player and you aren’t the hardest worker, you’re holding the team back from being the best they can be. Go be the best you can be!
