@ScotRail Mainteance does appear to be an area requiring attention.
There were 4 of us in first class, our tickets were 300% more than standard class, yet we had insufficient lighting, power an faulty seats.
Please advise how we apply for a refund?

First class Car 79452 issues:
Half the ceiling lights & none of the Power sockets or table lamps work.
My seat does not recline.
The Conductor tried to reset circuit breakers, no joy. She will report the faults. A shame that this broken car was put into service.
