@MattJamesBoyle @sugamadhiakri I disagree. Leetcode is all about about practice in that specific domain. How you communicate and go about solving it are good signals which is why I believe they are used in interviews. But Leetcode problems themselves have little to do with professional experience.

@MattJamesBoyle It's s highly dependent on company culture. Paying for out of office work seems the fair way. Where I work, it comes with the job, so you don't get compensated.
If the incident caused you to lose sleep, it's expected that you can come in late the next day.
